Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2026
This website is operated by BlackPearl Performance Logistics LLC (“we,” “us”), the publisher of New Home, No Junk: The Move-In Mail Kit. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you use our partner contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your company name, phone number and message.
When you buy the kit. Purchases are processed by our payment and delivery provider, Gumroad. They collect your payment details under their own privacy policy. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive basic order information, such as your name, email address and what you purchased, so we can deliver the kit and help with any questions.
Information we never ask for. The kit shows you how to use official opt-out services, and you enter any personal information, like your Social Security number, directly on those official websites. We never ask for, see or store your Social Security number, date of birth or credit information.
Basic website data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your information
- To respond to your messages and partner inquiries
- To deliver your purchase and provide customer support
- To send you updates about the kit, only if you ask us to
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever. Given what this kit is about, we take that seriously.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and deliver your purchase, such as our hosting provider and Gumroad, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver your purchase and keep basic business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you at any time by emailing us. If you ever receive an email from us you don’t want, just reply and ask us to stop, and we will.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
